Tiling Update #5--finished!

After 4 months of work, we have finally finished laying 1400 square feet of tile in our log cabin. The master bedroom, three closets and the mud room were done quickly once we were done with the travels you have seen on the blog and the hurricane. Of course, with these rooms cleared out to make room for tiling, we haven't been able to move around much in the rest of the house. Luckily, we have a nice guest bedroom and a bathroom upstairs that we've enjoyed the last two weeks. We say it has been like living in a bed and breakfast in our own house.

We've bought the wood for the trim around the windows and the baseboards so by November we hope to be finished with the insides of the house and can turn to working on the outside.
