Backwards! I've turned around for the picture. Kim says that this is the aborigine way in Australia to walk in the evening so you'll sleep better at night.
I'm not so sure, unless your brain is so exhausted worrying about whether an unseen wave will carry you out to sea or you'll fall in a hole or run into a tree or trip over something or be attacked by an animal or step on a sharp shell or stick or get run over by a bike rider or a jogger that when you finally lie down in bed at night, your brain shuts off from exhaustion.
