Help for the musically challenged

What did you do in the olden days when you had absolutely no talent but wanted to have music in your home or business and were too cheap to hire musical talent to come entertain you? Well the Utrecht Museum of Mechanical Music has the answer. It calls itself the happiest museum around. In addition to the usual musical clocks and music boxes that you may have at home, there are player pianos...

and mechanical dance hall orchestras that fill the room with the sounds you probably associate with merry-go-rounds.
